Merriam-Webster defines Intent and Intention as:
the state of mind or the way in which an act is done
They are also defined as:
to have the will concentrated on some purpose.

Intentionally is the adverbial form of the word intent.

~ in our opinion kind of a dry definition

Master Hsing Yun in "Describing the Indescribable" defines Intention a little differently
“Intention is the core of all conscious life. It is our intentions that create karma, our intentions that help others, our intentions that lead us away from the delusions of individuality toward the immutable verities of enlightened awareness. Conscious intention colors and moves everything.”

We at WorkingIntentionally believe that Intentionally has a deeper meaning as well.

We believe that Intentionally means:

  • To be directed by the higher state of mind of our lifeforce / our soul / our spirit / our light-within (whichever word describes to you the inner knowing in each of us)
as apposed to being directed by our lower states of mind of fear, confusion, ego, and self justifying images
and thus
  • Guided by our lifeforce
  • Sanctioned by the soul
  • Driven by the spirit
